Oh my!How is you all!? (^_^)
All is cool here. I'm about 65 miles out from the city, but I did manage to see EVERYTHING live as it happened on TV.. :-/
Really really sad situation.
Unfortunately, two of my cousins were on the way to work in the city while all of that was happening. They were on the train, on the Manhattan bridge and saw the immediate aftermath after the second plane hit. The conductor stopped the train, and they watched for about 5 minutes. My cousin saw the fires, and people jumping..
They also managed to get into the city, and one of them was on 14th and Lexington (about 10-15 blocks away from the Trade Center) as the buildings collapsed. She was in the smoke and dust and all...
Thankfully, they are ok, and all seems well. But they tell me that the fire still burns, and they can smell it even in Brooklyn, where they live..
I'll be going to visit them on Sataurday. Thanks for checkin in with me too! (^_^) I haven't even been online lately. I've been major busy, and I've been spending a lot of time with my new girlfriend
I'll update a bit tho, and be on a little more soon. Hope everyone is good, and hopefully no one was anywhere near Manhattan when all that stuff happened
