Let's talk about what it would be like to have and drive electric cars.Here are some things I was thinking of( I know you are all saying...Oh no, Glad is thinking again) But anyway here is my list:
We could split up the Interstate into a Semi-truck lane and ae electric car lane.
Trucks would have to slow down their speed limit to not blow us off the road.
Gas stations would become battery charging stations.
Since you may have to stay a while for the battery charge they could have Internet stations set up to surf the web while you wait and plenty of great food.
Oh, I know finer restaurants and other places could offer charges to your battery while you wait along with the Valet parking.
There could also be a biker lane for people on foot power only.
Now you guys tell me what all you can think of that would change in our lives when we go with electric cars.
BTW, Did you know that most of the major trucking industry leaders (Roadway, UPS,Federal Express)have already converted the trucks you see on the road to partial electric? Yup, sure have. They have cut fuel consumption by half.
