OK, who here has ever opened a can of coconut milk? It's awesome stuff - great for making curries. It's a thick milk, about the consistency of cream - maybe even of evaporated milk. Yummy.
So, can someone explain to me why it is that every time I open an actual coconut, something that looks and tastes very much like water is always found inside?
