There's more to life, than just the endless pursuit of happiness. There is treasuring the people that love you and giving them the love and respect they deserve. I am going to be 26 this month and I know to some of you that might seem young, but I view my life as something of a dissappointmet in the most part. I began a downhill ride at the age of 12 and lived my life going from guy to guy. No one could ever fulfill me, no matter how much they thought they loved me. I hurt so many in such a short time here. I'm sad that I can't look back on my life right now and see how much I have accomplished. I only have my kids that I hope will find much more happiness in their lives than I did. To my husband, I love you and thank you for being my friend first...and then my husband. You loved me before we even met in that airport. To all of you, Live you life to the fullest, don't get caught up pursuing things that will only hurt the ones you love. Treasure and love those who love you. Thank you for your friendships.

26 this month?! Well let's get this party thumpin'. What day is your birthday on? (*thinks of ways to get to Vegas to spank ya-hehe*)It is truly fullfilling to live a respectful life and one you can be proud of. But be proud even if all you have done if learn some important lessons in life. You have more accomplishments than you realize. Everyone does. Think of the times you have helped others. Think of the accomplishments in life like growing up, and beginning to be more patient in life. Remember to never sweat the past or it can ruin the present. The present is just that, a present. Just learn from it and remember to never make the same mistakes twice. Remember to always respect and love yourself too. Fullfillment comes from within each individual. It is a mindset that we decide to have. Life is 99% attitude and 1% circumstances. Even through the toughest of times we can choose to find happiness in a shape of a cloud we see in the sky or a beautiful flower sneaking through a crack in a sidewalk, or the smiles on our childrens faces as they are covered from head to toe in something sticky. So you are right we don't need to endlessly seek happiness...we need to carry it with us in our heart at all times. May you feel truly fullfilled by being so blessed in your life. We love you and appreciate your friendship as well. Thanks for the nice post.

Happiness comes from within. It is a feeling of contentment that comes with being true to yourself. We sometimes lose ourselves in the endless pursuits of superficial things. Luckily life seems to give us an inexhaustible amount of chances to reflect on our journey and with sufficient courage, correct our paths.Happy Birthday Crysnia. |
