Hi guys !Got an idea today for our little chat community... Why don't we set some times in the week(with the majority of us available at the same time regarding all our different timeframes) to declare like "Official meeting times" ? We could have lots of them (7 to 14 per week ) and see what works best with everyone... to narrow it after to the most fruitful timeframes ? Of course, it's not formal meetings who anyone HAS to come or stay, liberty sweet liberty will always remain... But if I knew at what time to come here to talk to a few of us, I would maybe be able to set apart that time of day... What do you think about that ? Franki

I think that's a good idea. I'd like to get involved in the chats once in a while but when I get here, it seems like I just missed someone. |

sounds good to me. Half the time I come here I ask Holly to buy some Heroin and leave cuz noone else is around. |

Here what I propose...Me or Ouro could received your disponibilities (times you think you are free to chat each week ). After that we put all the data together to see if there are times where the max number of us could be here at the same time... And we post the times for the chat meeetings in the bulletin board.
I could do it if you want me to(put all the data together & analyse it )... just tell me here (or by e-mail ) your disponibilities.
Please put your disponibilities for each days and each periods of day ( you can be available 2 or 3 times each day... doesn't mean you have to be here 2-3 times that day but just that you could arrange to be here at one of those times that day). Waiting for your replies... Franki

Saturday night chat has become an expected thing every week. Right around 20:00 chat time (the time in the chat box), people - regulars - tend to start showing up. As a general rule, I keep that date and time in mind to try to be sure that I'm here each and every week. I don't know if my little brain can handle more than that, although I am on the Internet quite a lot and flip to the page constantly.As a general rule, I keep Trillian running, and it'll alert me if I get mail to my hotmail address. I'll change my email to my hotmail address (you can change your email through your profile or through display options) and then start using the "Notify when [whoever] chats" option. That way, when someone shows up and says something, hopefully it'll show right up at hotmail and then Trillian will notifiy me immediately that the person is in the chat (MSN Messenger gives these notifications as well). Also, it seems to me that the best way to get chats going is to message people through their AIM nicknames and say, "Hey - so and so and I are in the chat..." or something. |

HHmmm... that idea didn't take off... I don't have enough responses to make something out of it ... it's ok !Here'S another idea : Ouro, since you know most people here, you should maybe set a few times each week. Call them Chat Times & post some official times on the board... the regulars will see it & come it they can ! Tell me what you think about it... Bye bye !! Have a goody day ! Franki
